Skilled in project management, budget oversight, and monitoring and evaluation, with a proven ability to deliver tangible results. Recognized for expertise in utilizing gender analysis tools and fostering inclusive approaches across various sectors, including energy, agriculture, and child protection. Equipped with advanced research, liaison, and communication skills to drive positive change and promote sustainable development. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Gender and Development to further enhance knowledge and expertise in advancing gender equality and social justice. Possess advanced and practical knowledge of REFLECT, STAR, and PRA gender analysis tools for advocacy and gender technical assistance, and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Blessings Kambombo
A highly experienced development professional with over 20 years of expertise in programme management, livelihoods, governance, and sustainable energy. He has successfully led large-scale donor-funded projects aimed at poverty reduction, social accountability, and community resilience in Malawi. Currently, as Programme Coordinator for the ASPIRE programme under United Purpose, he oversees multi-million-euro initiatives focused on inclusive resilience, financial management, and technical oversight. Throughout his career, Blessings has spearheaded key projects such as the ENGAGED Programme, Shared Futures Project, and Msamala Sustainable Energy Project, driving impactful change in rural communities. His leadership in integrating sustainable energy solutions, improving food security, and enhancing governance structures has contributed to lasting socio-economic development. Passionate about empowering marginalized communities, Blessings remains committed to advancing sustainable, community-led solutions across Malawi.


Mayamiko Minofu
Maya is passionate about environmental management and climate change mitigation, with over 12 years of experience in energy access and carbon finance, particularly in the context of Malawi. He has extensive expertise in designing and managing energy access projects, climate solutions businesses, and carbon project activities, including stakeholder consultations, baseline and monitoring surveys, as well as audit and verification processes.
He is highly experienced in leading large teams, managing stakeholders, and collaborating with project and business partners to implement effective and sustainable solutions.


Kate Hartley-Louis
12 years of leadership and programme management experience in Africa and Asia with proven specialist expertise in securing funding from a variety of donors, inspiring and leading teams and meticulously overseeing projects in line with impact and donor compliance. With significant change management experience, multi-sectoral technical knowledge and experience enabling programme design and implementation: including quality assurance; risk management; MEAL; communications; financial and people management. Currently the co-chair of the INGO Forum and NGO Humanitarian Committee, as well as Board member for CUMO Microfinance CLG, CISANET and for Kuyatsa CLG.
